make a decision to cancel until the last minutes before your event. If we decide to cancel, you will be notified and your refunded check will be mailed to you within 30 days.

 A contact number must be given in case of emergency:  Please give correct phone numbers so we can reach you in case of inclement weather.

Changing the date of your ride:  You must call to confirm you can change the dates.  If at all possible every effort will be made to change the date of your ride to another date available. 

If no agreement on the date change is made, then you will be given a gift certificate for a Friday Night Downtown Carriage ride for the same amount of people purchased. 

A Gift Certificate will be mailed to you valid for use in the next 4 months excluding holidays
