Refund Policy
Cancellation due to inclement weather is at the discretion of the company. The carriage will arrive in light sprinkle rain. We do not run in heavy downpour rain. Because weather is so unpredictable, we will not make a decision to cancel until the last minutes before your ride. If we decide to cancel, you will be notified and your refund will be issued to you within 30 days.
A contact number must be given in case of emergency: Please give correct phone numbers so we can reach you in case of inclement weather.
